[BUG]: Prisoner of War - The camp commandant gets stuck in the first cutscene and cannot walk away

Describe the Bug

There's a bug in the first cutscene: the camp commandant gets stuck in place after finishing his speech and cannot walk away like he does in the other versions of the game for Xbox and PC:

Reproduction Steps

Just launch the game and watch the first cutscene.

Expected Behavior

The cutscene should play like it does on other game platforms.

Only the widescreen patch.

turn off the widescreen patch , "We do not accept issues relating to Widescreen/no-interlace patches at this time."

The bug still happens even after I disabled the widescreen patch and restarted the emulator. And I didn't use any save states either.
