was broken here https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/commit/47713eee81a869567a7b47520097639f78c0eff1
however the code has changed a whole bunch since then, so it's not easy to work out where it broke, going to need a lot of investigation/debugging to decypher how the code is working and why it's going wrong.
Can you confirm this is still an issue and provide a new GS Dump? That one no longer seems to load.
Still an issue. Here is working gsdump. drakan_edge.zip

Hey, prafull, I was wondering if you could provide a new dump (if/whenever's convenient for you; no pressure). pandubz and I aren't really sure, but we think this GS dump may no longer work on the latest PCSX2.
@TheTechnician27 That multiframe dump still works for me on the latest nightly. Curiously, a newly created one does not.
PAL version also appears to be affected by this issue.

That dump works for me too (1.7.5550, Windows 10). It just lacks the game title ("Unknown Game").
PCSX2 version: PCSX2 1.7.0-20200830215020 , also tested with 1.0.0
PCSX2 options: Defaults, no speedhacks, no WS patches or other cheats
Plugins used: Only occurs on GSdx SW renderers. Issue is not present in either D3D11 or OGL HW renderers.
Description of the issue: In certain areas of the game, the left edge of the frame contains flickering lines. It may be related to the fog effect in this area, as the issue disappears further into this cave (you can spot the boundary where the fog is no longer rendered fairly easily if you're looking for it).
Open the image for better visibility.
Video showcasing it more clearly (watch in fullscreen or against a dark background).
Checked it against real hardware just be sure, doesn't happen there. Made sure to move the screen area far to the right to ensure the edge of the frame was visible and not cropped out as overscan.
How to reproduce the issue: Use a software renderer, load up the save on this memory card, spin camera. Memory card GS dump
Last known version to work: It's the same on 1.0.0, so I'm going to take a guess and say this was likely always an issue.
PC specifications: Ryzen 3900X, GTX1080, Win10 2004
