[BUG] World Series of Poker 2008 - Battle for the Bracelets: Broken character geometry #4546

Describe the bug When playing "World Series of Poker 2008" in PCSX2, the characters will not display properly turning the game into an horror show more or less:

To Reproduce Load any poker game and see the problem with the characters around the table. Can be subtile depending which character in on screen.

Expected behavior The characters should display their geometry fine.

GS Settings I tried hardware and software, nothing makes a difference, nor the hacks.

Emulation Settings Everything at default, nothing changes the problem.

System Info (please complete the following information): PCSX2 Revision: v1.7.0-dev-1458-g14be2649c OS: Windows 10 CPU: I9 9900k GPU: RTX 3070
