Texture shifts. It also occurs in hardware. The same problem exists with menus. A similar problem occurs with Gallop Racer Lucky7 & Gallop Racer Inbreed (in Lucky7 2006nenndoban) 8 Live Horse Racing has a similar problem, but only hardware.
Select Free Mode and play the race.
Correct UI is displayed.
