Bumping EE Cycle Rate to 130% fixes that bug. I will leave the issue open because I think the game should run correctly without overclocking the EE out of spec.

Describe the Bug
During the floating camera looping intro sequence the Field alignment is switching randomly. Look at the "Precursor Legacy" text and the pixelated outline of the logo when the fields are reversed. To clarify, when there is a slowdown below 100% the fields sometimes switch order and remain stuck in reversed order. You can see this occurring more severely when boosting Cycle Skipping.

Load the game and watch the looping intro screen. Try to increase Cycle Skipping to trigger this bug more often.
