[Feature Request]: Compress/Decompress games in the GUI #8234

Description

Compress to CHD for bin + cue Compress to C(I)SO or even CHD (not preferred) for ISO

Reason

Easier to be centralized just like ye olden plugins.

Examples

Dolphin has a good way (ignoring their own compression methods like RVZ which isn't applicable for PCSX2):

Sounds trivial, but if someone wishes to implement it they are free to do so.

It's still a valid request imo, now it's going to be hidden in the pile of closed issues.
