Added a few No Interlacing patches #381

Made this a while back but never uploaded them

Why are you removing the widescreen patch? It does not work?.

Patches without interlacing show a noticeable sawtooth effect, the same probably happens in the rest of the games. It is more noticeable in native resolutions and somewhat less in high resolutions, in both cases the letters look worse.

Honestly this is like my second PR ever and I dont know how to properly do it... I just wanted to add the no interlacing ones

I dont know how to do this and i will leave someone more knowledgeable to make the PR
