Silent Hill - Shattered Memories: Splitted the no noise hack from the Widescreen hack, "author=" parameter added, and added support for the no noise hack in European release

Configure Windowed-mode to 1600:1000 for 16:10, or 1500:1000 for 15:10, then run the game in Windowed-mode.

I only tried the 16:10 running at 1280x800 and it's doesn't seem right. What you do it's not optimal because what you are doing is hacking the FOV values while the UI is being untouched meaning that its getting a little streched when the Nemesis2000 patch is doing is hacking the values related to the widescreen mode making them be on par of the 4:3 mode
