Visualize overlapping agenda items #20

The agenda can contain overlapping events (eg school-time, agression-incident). Currently not well supported in visualizations. What are the options in dygraph? Seems essential to do this right.

Added a Color column to the Excel file that is used for colorcoding the shaded areas. We can now use multiple different colors to shade the graph.
