Added PHPStan to testing pipeline
Made testing pipeline available through composer test
Enforced a stricter ruleset for PHPCS (added PSR1 & PHPDoc rules)
Fixed argument typehints
Fixed faulty return types
Fixed docblocks
Upgraded supported PHP version to 7.1
Dropped support for HHVM
Included PSR12 (draft) in to codestyle requirements
