apt install task-kde-desktop

To remove:

apt remove task-kde-desktop; apt autoremove

Install themes to make Gnome/GTK apps look normal:

apt install breeze-gtk-theme kde-config-gtk-style  kde-config-gtk-style-preview

Don't install KDE. It messes with the Gnome fonts. You can restore them by removing KDE and then restoring Gnome defaults using the Tweak tool.
