[Request] Publish executables compiled by GitHub actions #41

I've seen that this project has a GitHub workflow that builds it when a pull request or a push is done. It would be nice if the resulting files in bin folder where exported and provided in release page (avoiding having to compile it on your own computer to use it)

It is possible to get pdal_wrench from Conda Forge. QGIS and OSGeo4W builds of various flavors might also include a version of it.

That's as close as we're going to provide for official published binaries.
