Description

As a developer, I want to have the PDCM-Lectern Validator running in the EBI infrastructure, so it can be accessed by PDCM Finder when running validations.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] PDCM-Lectern Validator is running and accepting requests. Accessible inside EBI network.
