PDX Finder performs integration, standardization, analysis and visualization of the complex and diverse data associated with PDX mouse models for the cancer community.
As a user, I want to search PDCMs by any of the IDs they have in different resources.
Currently we have only one ID per model and they do not correspond to IDs in other portals - this is relevant to CMP, DepMap and HCMI models in particular. Also for models that are in PDMR and PDXNet.
