Description

As a bioinformatician, I want to keep the immune marker data consistent to be able to have uniformity on the portal. Therefore following markers are needed to be added wherever missing: MSI, TMB, MMR, Ploidy, Mutations per mb

Platform IDs used for each marker

MSI: immune_msi
MMR: immune_mmr
TMB: immune_tmb
MPM: immune_mpm
Ploidy: immune_ploidy
