Description

As a bioinformatician I want to have an automated way of extracting metadata and data from CMP portal.

Acceptance criteria

[x] metadata
[x] mutation, expression, cna
[x] Immune marker (ploidy, MBM, MSI)
[x] Immune marker (HLA from Cellosaurus)
[x] Model Images from the supplier pages
