Description:

As a developer, I want to map all primary tissue to ontologies to ensure harmonization.

Jira ticket PDXI-209

Ontologies to use: UBERON or NCIT (organ branch), NCIT possibly preferred. A test mapping here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1O7TaaN27FOz_1xA2g4xAD1zntpyV2OiFH0mx6bKwHlc/edit?usp=drivesdk&nativeconvert=1

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] primary tissue mapped to ontology

@zperova - this ticket needs to be expanded to a general implementation of the ontology terms as well as ontology label for sustainability. This should be expanded to an Epic as affects templates, database, validator and dedicated service.
