Description

Incorrect tumour type in the template.

Observed in the mapping rules:

Expected result: Recurrent

Acceptance criteria

[x] check with provider
[x] fix template

This will need to be reloaded, remapped - so will need a separate ticket

Tumour type should be changed to "Recurrent"
