Make a list of attributes for the humanised mouse models

Description

As a developer, I want to have a list of essential and desirable attributes for the humanized models to start working on changes to the data model to support these models.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] attributes are compiled in a Google doc with definitions, required format and examples to support creation of templates
• [ ] template for submission of humanized mouse models are created
