Description

As a developer, I want to increase the number of models and data in the PDX Finder. Models to add: none Data to add: RNAseq and WES for already submitted BC models from Caldas lab - UoC

Acceptance criteria

[x] metadata template sent
[ ] other templates sent: sample platform, mutation, expression, CNA, cytogenetics, patient treatment, drug dosing
[ ] templates received
[ ] handed over for validation and data loading

Data promised once the manuscript has been published - communication in August 2020. Email sent to check on 5 May 2021.
