Description

As a bioinformatician, I want to construct a lookup table/mapping of contigs to genomic coordinates.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Extract contig information from chromosome.dat files
[ ] Map each contig to their respective genomic location
[ ] Store the lookup table in a repo
