Recommendation 15 All data dictionaries and information models for the PDS and for other archival elements need peer-review and contextual review (i.e., do these data dictionaries link well with other and existing data dictionaries while avoiding unnecessary redundancy?).

PDS Management Response:

PDS is implementing a peer-review/comment process to formalize and manage all LDDs
Most if not all nodes host documentation related to peer-reviewer instructions e.g. https://pds-geosciences.wustl.edu/peerreview/reviewhelp.html, https://pds-smallbodies.astro.umd.edu/howto/review.shtml
We will develop a peer-reviewed training module for peer-reviewers in a future module.
