iOS 10.0.1 and cordova plugin breaking #31

When I try to load the plugin the application shuts down immediately. About every 1/5 tries, if running with XCode, application will just freeze and the log from Xcode says "Thread 21: Queue...0 abort_with_payload_wrapper_internal"

Specs:

Any help would be much appreciated and let me know if I can do anything to debug from my end.

Does this still happen with v1.1.3?

This is definitely still crashing in the latest version. I'm pulling directly from master. I'm using iOS 10.1.1 and xCode 8.1

@lolsborn, can you try reproducing the issue by scanning the same barcode with BlinkID? BlinkID contains PDF417.mobi inside, but cordova wrapper is a bit different (namely, it takes into account camera usage description property ).
