Package for Plugins Registry #9

HI, Could you package this for the Apache Cordova Plugins Registry please?

We would like to but it looks like this would not be possible due parts (.jar and .so) that are proprietary.

Binaries are not permitted in the repository, so no possibility of deployment to the Registry :(
