Following your description on USER_NAME, I added 2 members with special characters in their names and the program crashed for certain commands (captured in previous bug reports).

Insufficient information provided. No details on special characters provided by bug tester. Unclear which previous bug reports "capture" this error.

Furthermore, bug is clearly a Functionality Bug and a case of program behaviour not accounted for - we did not expect some special characters used to cause the program to crash. Not elaborated how bug is a "flaw in the documentation".
