Improve name and description of this repo #3

Hiya!

Wondering if we could improve the docs on this, and contextualize it's contents a bit. Would that be a welcome addition? Just trying to sort out what the role of this repo going forward might be :)

Questions:

  1. What's the high-level descriptor of this repo: holopolis experiments? holopolis project data? holopolis playground? holopolis infrastructure?
  2. What are each of the subdirs in here for:
    • HighFidelity/
    • Polis_unity/
    • docs/HighFidelity/
  3. Can docs/HighFidelity/ merge with HighFidelity/, perhaps with subdirectories to signify different efforts?
