NTS STINK #656

There used to be a .; @ STINK in 1973.

We have a SYSEN2; STINK 177 from 1978. I don't see anything to suggest it can run standalone.

There was a SYSENG; STINK 124 in 1973.

ToTS tape 3100150 has SYSENG; STINK 119NTS, but the beginning has been damaged. Diffing against STINK 107 on the same tape reveals that a large part is intact. Maybe the start can be reconstructed from @ STINK. See #1935.
