EMGAATS: Disable timeline selection after model has been traced #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?

After a model has been traced, a user can be misled into thinking that the
timeframe can be modified because the field is enabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Disable the timeframe field if the model directory has a trace.
