EMGAATS: Disallow specification of UNC paths for model directories #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?

EMGAATS allows specification of UNC paths for model directories, but
because EMGAATS uses Microsoft Access (which doesn't like UNC paths), model
traces will fail with unfriendly messages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

EMGAATS should trap any UNC paths before a trace occurs.
