Ruben indicated that it would be a good idea to show that a property has a
basement, as a property without a basement is presenting a false positive in
terms of basement backup risk for at least existing conditions. The main
objection is that a property may redevelop with a basement, and therefore the
false positive should not be used to determine the risk of a property projected
to have basement backup risk.
This can be solved by perhaps adding another layer that shows basement presence
(HasBasement field).
