DSCs and SSCs not flagged if they were connected to add pipes/nodes that are then deleted #40

Hi Arnel,

I noticed that Alternative Toolkit does not flag DSC that are no longer 
connected to New/ADD pipe (pipes were deleted). I think I saw same issue with 
SSC when New node was deleted but SSC was not flaged as incorrect connection. 
Also, it would be good if tool checks for duplicate DSC’s (not sure how or 
when those gets created, but I found a lot of them when I copied alternative to 
new name). So this is my wish list for New Year (no immediate action is 
expected from you).
