You should name your PR Title as multinomial Naive Bayes instead of csvreader.. Also, no merging of PR and new issue assignment will be done until next week.. Thanks.

Sir actually I created new branch csv Reader from multinomialNb branch so previous commits of multomialNb also got added in it. There's already different pr for multinomialNb and this pr is for csv reader.
