Upgrade dashboard functionality for D10 #366

stsinfrastructures has just a single link to the dashboard: Screenshot_136 where the d10 installation of PECE has a user and platform dashboard: Screenshot_135

Are we anticipating any changes in this functionality?

Additionally, clicking on the user dashboard link produces a fatal error.

It is OK to replace the dashboard with:

  1. link to search filtered by authored by you
  2. admin theme enhanced with grouped content types

In particular, if we still have multiple content types for artifact (see #368) the colored bars indicating grouping should have one for Artifact.

Lindsay had suggested removing the dashboard. Kim had suggested some reason to keep. @mikefortun to look for that — we want to continue to be clear what is Logged In Homepage (see #389 ) versus Dashboard as we look at improving homepage functionality.
