[ ] Group manager can invite a contributor to a group
[ ] Contributor can accept an invitation to a group
[ ] Contributor can reject invitation
[ ] A contributor receives a notification "You have been added to this group. If you want to leave, edit your profile"

This is a child of #372

Potentially okay to just leave as "A group manager can add...", at least and especially for MVP
