Can we disable paragraph type permissions submodule? Is there any reason this should be required?
There is no use case for giving access to different roles for different paragraph types. (People can either create/edit content or not, there is no reason for one person to be able to add/remove paragraphs to the same content when another person cannot.)
Background on use of paragraphs generally:
Paragraphs are useful for embedding different entities into another node, like a PECE essay. There is no image artifact in a PECE essay, but still need an image.
