A visitor can see how to cite an artifact etc published on the site with the proper citation style

Note: This "Cite as" block is different from the reference citations being migrated in #395

@lindsaypoirier @mikefortun The "Cite as" field is now added to all artifacts and essays and ready to be placed with the Layout Manager for each content type it is on (if it is always the same spot i could automate that easily too).

It will be saved as a Bibliography & Citation reference (working on a full contrib solution there) so it will have the capability to produce the citation in different formats (such as to download as BibTeX, Endnote of several varieties, etc).

Quickly getting to a lot of questions about how "Cite as" should ideally work with this more powerful setup— what fields on the content map to which on the reference, and also, what kind of reference it should be (i had been presuming "Web Article" would do it). But i'll present that better later.

When there is no value set for the creator field, let's leave that part of the citation blank and just start with the title.
