[ ] map field_file_format text values to newly existing term ids (.jpg or jpg should map to tid for JPEG for example)
[x] depends on #439
[ ] determine format of created_date field

Decent start on the field_file_format migration, but ultimately, we may need to move away from entity generate, since all allowed terms should already exist, so we may need to map old text values to the new terms. Will add as a tas in original comment.
