[ ] Add node migrations as dependencies for the url alias migration

[ ] Would we like to update the pattern for url aliases (though this should have minimal impact on the migration)
[ ] Are there any node translations on any of the instances or are they all in English?

Left some notes in the config file, but if there are any translations, then I will need to make some extra modifications to the migration. The automatically generated migration provided a template on how to do this, but I didn't want to update it all without being certain that we were going to need it.
