Check power consumption numbers across the whole hardware stack #173

Start to look at power consumption holistically across the whole hardware stack and make sure that the numbers match up. This includes

  1. Pi
  2. Camera
  3. Lights
  4. Speakers
  5. Battery pack
  6. Solar cells

The battery pack should be able to power the unit for 24 hours. The solar cells should be able to recharge the cells within 8 hours.
