Clients should disable RP filtering by default #8

For all intensive purposes, disabling reverse path filtering is a good idea for TP mux clients. Follow-up will be provided at a later date.

We do not say anything about RP filtering. Added a note on https://github.com/PEERINGTestbed/client/issues/13 to say that we need to talk about RP filtering when documenting the data plane.
