Create Building Component #12

As a developer, I need a building component which can visualize a building in 3D, so that I can map building data to 3D buildings in the application.

I think this has been done with the creation of PointCloudObj, MultiLineObj, SurfaceObject, SolidObj, and MultiSolidObj. Buildings appear as expected aside from a couple walls missing in places, QA passed for this issue based on buildings showing up.
