To interact with the 3d portion of the app, we need a central place to interact with the file/objects. This would probably be something like a sidebar with selectable files/objects and a toolbar with operations which can be performed.
Need to be able to add/remove a file from a list (see #11 )
The ability to select an object/file
The ability to toggle the visibility of an object/file (see #6 ), likely both a button per object, and one for all selected objects
The ability to apply an operation to selected object/files (use of plugins)
The ability to save/download modified objects/files.
