Memoizes the generated meshes from cityjson files so that selection of an object does not cause lag
Lets the user on objects to select them, and shift-click them to multi-select
Adds support for solids and multi-solids (geometry types)
Incomplete camera work

did a quick check, twobuilding.city no longer seems to display? might just be missing it somewheres else though. performance seems better and camera is smoother for me though

object positions are now based on "translate" coordinates inside the cityfile. For now, you may have to edit it to [0,0,0] for the object to show up somewhere reasonable (and you may need to swing the camera around a bit to find it still)

yep, that fixed it. I think its good to merge then.
