Adding Nav Bar Selected and other Styling Adjustments

This pull request is further modifying styles for better responsiveness and use on smaller screens, adding a selected state for the nav bar links, and adjusting some file names to better represent the components.

responded well on my laptop. nav bar looks better using it than just the photos, really like the dark red and white selected state now getting a closer look
