Query Backend for City Data #7

As a user, I need the application to retrieve the data for the city I have selected, so that I can see the desired city model.

Depends on #6, as a user must be able to select a city before we can retrieve the data for the desired city.

Closing, as since the backend is gone, retrieving data for the city is the same as file uploading (#11).
