Day-ahead wind forecasts for MISO is only for "Site_level" #16

I noticed the 2019 day-ahead wind forecasts for MISO only has data on "Site_level". https://data.openei.org/s3_viewer?bucket=arpa-e-perform&prefix=MISO%2F2019%2FWind%2FForecasts%2FDay-ahead%2F

The Directory Structure (as shown in the README.md) says forecasts are available in site, BA, and zone levels.

Are those data missing or have I missed something?

Sorry for the delayed response here -- we are in the process of re-running the forecasts and syncing to AWS, so those should be included in the future. We're anticipating the revised data will be uploaded by second week of August.

FYI, the full data (site, zone, and BA) should now be available for MISO (and all the ISOs).
