It was crucial to discuss my strengths and weaknesses with someone I trust for observation and analysis. The conversation not only boosted my confidence but also fueled a strong desire to participate more and improve. It's evident that I need to pay more attention to my pull requests, providing a more detailed description and better organizing the topics. Additionally, I acknowledge the need to improve my English.

She suggested a good idea to enhance both my language and tech skills: trying short meetings to explain topics to other students. I find this approach potentially useful and plan to organize it soon. Considering all I've written before, I could start to organize an effective plan for skill improvement.

Besides the new content we will study in the course, I have to make time to have more contact with the class, enhance my personal page, LinkedIn, and GitHub, and work on some projects to boost my skills and network.

Moreover, I received positive feedback about my tech skills and knowledge. I feel more confident to create a new portfolio and apply for job opportunities. Every opportunity to expose myself to new experiences will be of great value to my new career.
