I ran into a problem where I had a crazy residual (hugely different value than all the others). For some reason, this makes the plot of the one2one line hang and seems to run away with system memory.
Not sure the best fix, but I can say it was a zero-weighted observation, so might want to give the option not to include zero-weighted observations in the plotting routines. For now, I put zero-weighted obs into their own group and just don't plot that group.
