modifyworld.* not working #86

For some reason the plugin isn't working for me. When I tried to diagnose it, I removed all plugin but modifyworld and group manager. Gave the default group modifyworld.* and left the config blank. It doesn't work on Bukkit build 1.7 or 1.6. It doesn't let the player do anything. What am I doing wrong?

GroupManager may not support wildcard nodes. PEX is the only officially supported permissions plugin, though others may follow (and have some level of support at the moment).
