modifyworld.items.hold.<itemid> issue: throws item too short a distance #88

I have tested this with a few items. When I have an item in my hotbar that I should not be allowed to hold and press the corresponding number key to select it, it throws it a very short distance so that it immediately goes right back into my hotbar.
